Please note

  • All hire fees are inclusive of GST
  • * A minimum of one (1) security guard is required. Additional guards may be required at the discretion of Council and cannot be replaced by another supplier. Hirer is responsible for all costs associated with provision of security.
  • ** A head security guard will be mandatory for large or complex events evaluated by Council.
  • Prices increase will apply from 1 July 2026. A card payment fee applies. Amex is not an accepted form 1 July 2026.

Community Hire

Community hire is for not-for-profit organisations registered with the ATO including charities and incorporated associations. 

The proceeds from the activity (if any) cannot be distributed to individual members/organisers. These groups may attract different fees depending on whether they are based within the City of Port Phillip or not. Evidence of NFP status is required.
