Fees and charges

A refundable bond applies to all hires.

Hire includes use of auditorium, 1x additional meeting room (can be used as green room etc) 1x Duty Officer (min 4 hours), basic Audio Visual and basic post event clean.

Prices apply from 1 July 2025, GST inclusive. A card payment fee applies.

Not-for-Profit/Community Discount

Community non-for-profit organisations registered with the ATO are eligible for the Community Rates.

A discount may apply for community-based groups or organisations whose primary objective is to provide social, cultural and/or health and wellbeing services to the benefit of the Port Phillip Community. This includes not for profit, charity and community organisations.

The proceeds from the activity (if any) cannot be distributed to individual members/organisers. These groups may attract different fees depending on whether they are based within the City of Port Phillip or not. Evidence of NFP status is required.
